Swedish Pancakes I went to high school in a little rural town in California’s central valley farmlands. Though we were of German descent, we quickly turned on to the wonders of these pancakes in this predominantly Swedish village/town. Every time we “go home”, its on all our minds that we must make time for breakfast at the Dala Horse for these delights, topped with more butter, powdered sugar, lemon and ALWAYS lingonberry jam.
